Stamping and punching

Our specialty: Perfect contours and repeatable results as the foundation for demanding components and stable follow-up processes.

Precision for the highest demands in series production

Stamping is a central process in MM Systems. In our production, we combine proven press technology with modern flexibility. Mechanical presses form the basis for economical mass production with very large volumes, while our servo presses allow maximum process control. With programmable stroke profiles, the molding process can be precisely tailored to complex workpiece geometry, different material widths and demanding plastics. This flexibility is crucial especially for visible components: high dimensional accuracy, perfect fit and consistently high surface quality are ensured already at the stamping stage. At the same time, automatic feeding and stable process management guarantee repeatable precision — even at very high volumes.
Stable process management reduces the need for corrections and enables efficient machining in subsequent processes such as welding or assembly.
